One of my favorite things I've discovered at Motch & Tom's house is called a TREAT. At first I thought it was a toy to play with, then I realized I could eat it, too.

I'm trying to build my endurance so I can run around the house with Fig when she comes to see me. We'll fly up and down the stairs, in and out of closets, up and over couches and who knows what else?!

I don't get it...

So at Thanksgiving, I got to meet my counsin Coco. She's a yorkie, and I thought we would have fun together.


But she didn't want to play.


She acted just like Taddywack.


What's a girl to do?

First 2 Weeks

Thank you for coming to visit me; I'm excited to get to know all of my new friends. Before Motch and Tom (PA) came and found me, I lived with my sister and lots of other bostons and pugs. At their house, there were no other dogs, so I spent my time learning to cuddle with the family. Like this.



That was fun...but I was in for a surprise. Even though there were no other dogs in my new house, I discovered I had a niece and a nephew, named Fig and Tad. They think they're my cousins, but they're really my niece and nephew. Anyway, I loved Figgy right from the start because she played with me. Like this.



I don't know why, but Tad wouldn't even look at me. He ran the other way when I tried to say hi. Maybe he thinks I'm too much like Fig...I don't know...but when we're together, we're not really together. This is as close as we get.



Since you guys have known Tad longer than me, can you tell me what I should do so he'll learn to like me? Fig has been telling me some things about him; I wonder if I should believe her...

my first post

Hi everybody! I'm Petra, a 4 month old boston terrier who has come to live with motch & PA here in corn country. This is my first post so this will be short since I have lots to learn. However, I am a boston terrier, which means I am a very intelligent girl, so I will learn quickly. So long for now; take a look at me!
