I got no closer to the food than this. Nobody was willing to share, and it's not because there wasn't enough food. So......Fig, Tad and I came up with a plan. 
We decided to go all out and work for food.
Fig went to work first, and it took a lot of concentration for her to lay still on her back in such a vulnerable position.
Tadpole went next, and he had a harder time.
PPP was number 3, and with great effort, I focused on relaxing in Hannah's arms.
All of this work, and none of us got a nibble of the birthday cookie and even worse, not a smidgen of Grammy's strawberry pie.
Next time we're going to steal for food.

I do tricks for treats, but when it comes to strawberry pie you've got to take things into your own dewclaws.
Tadpole and I have the same shape - super skinny middle, and deep, narrow chest. Mom always says I'm not shaped like a cocker spaniel. Apparently I'm shaped like a Tadpole.
